Hi!

I'm Lucia Del Vita and I am an experienced entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the translation industry and conference organization. My company, VerbiVis translations, currently employs 5 in-house full-time staff, and more than 60 freelance translators and interpreters.
Starting from 2017, I started preparing as an executive & life coach, and got graduated by Transend International Hong Kong, recognised by the International Coaching Federation. As a certified executive coach (PCC, ICF), I specialize in positive leadership and transformational growth, effectively supporting CEOs, leaders and middle managers in navigating their challenges.

With a robust background in international business and having lived in seven countries over the last 20 years, I bring valuable insights into cross-cultural dynamics. I hold a Master's in Social Sciences and Public Relations, along with post-grad diplomas in International Trade and Positive Psychology.

I am an  instructor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, HKUST, I  give lectures on soft skills,  including Business Etiquette, Personal Brand Building, Networking Skills, Being a Global Citizen, Negotiations in a cross cultural environment, to mention only a few, .

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

While both coaching and therapy aim to improve well-being, they differ in focus and approach. Coaching is typically future-oriented, concentrating on setting and achieving goals, while therapy often addresses past experiences and emotional healing. Coaching is more action-driven, whereas therapy may involve deeper psychological exploration. A therapist may release a diagnosis and give expert or informal advice, while the coach does not give any opinion or advice, unless specifically requested, and will never judge.

What can I expect during a coaching session?

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions required varies based on individual goals and circumstances. Some clients may find significant progress in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support over several months. A minimum of 4 sessions are recommended in order to see some results, 8 sessions are the normal duration to experience growth and mindset transformation. Together, we will regularly assess your progress and adjust our approach as needed.

Can coaching be done online?
